How to Check if Your Company Matches Donations

  • Ask your HR representative or corporate giving department.

  • Many companies have online portals for matching gifts (e.g., EasyMatch.com, CyberGrants.com, or Benevity) or their own internal systems.

  • You’ll often need the FAST Family PTO’s Tax ID Number (request tax ID number)You can also find the FAST Family PTO Tax ID number on the receipt emailed to you at time of your purchase.


What Your Company May Ask For

When submitting your match request, be prepared to provide:

  1. Donation details – the amount and date of your donation.

  2. Matching amount – how much of your gift you’d like the company to match (check your company’s annual matching limits).

  3. PTO contact information for the 2025–2026 school year:
