By simply completing your company’s matching-gift form, you could double or even triple the impact of your donation to the FAST Family PTO. Every dollar helps us enhance your child’s education through programs, events, and resources that go beyond what school funding provides.

Good news: FAST Family PTO is registered with Benevity, making it even easier for many companies to process donation matches online.

Matching gifts are one of the easiest ways to multiply your support—at no extra cost to you!

How to Check if Your Company Matches Donations

• Ask your HR representative or corporate giving department.

• Many companies have online portals for matching gifts (e.g., EasyMatch.com, CyberGrants.com, or Benevity) or their own internal systems. FAST Family PTO is registered with Benevity.

• If your company does not offer an online portal, request a company matching form from Human Resources.

• You’ll often need the FAST Family PTO’s Tax ID Number (request tax ID number).  You can also find the FAST Family PTO Tax ID number on the receipt emailed to you at time of your membership purchase.

• Fill out the necessary information or contact PTO@fastk8.org with questions or to help fill out paperwork.

• Submit or Return your companies form to PTO@fastk8.org.

What Your Company May Ask For

When submitting your match request, be prepared to provide:

1. Donation details – the amount and date of your donation.

2. Matching amount – how much of your gift you’d like the company to match (check your company’s annual matching limits).

3. PTO contact information for the 2026–2027 school year:
