Meet the FAST Family PTO Board
The FAST Family PTO is led by a dedicated group of parent volunteers who generously share their time, talents, and passion to support our students, teachers, and school community. Through their leadership and service, the PTO helps create meaningful opportunities and experiences that enrich the FAST family.
The PTO Board meets virtually via Google Meet on the third Tuesday of each month. We welcome and encourage parent involvement and feedback. At the beginning of every meeting, time is reserved for public comments and inquiries. If you would like to address the Board or have an item added to the agenda, please email ptosecretary@fastk8.org at least five days prior to the meeting.
Questions, ideas, or feedback are always welcome. You can reach the PTO anytime at pto@fastk8.org.
We look forward to partnering with you to make FAST an even stronger community for our students and families.

PTO Governance & Leadership
Interested in learning more about how the FAST Family PTO operates? Our PTO Bylaws outline the organization's purpose, structure, policies, and governance, while our Position Descriptions provide an overview of the roles and responsibilities of each Board member and Chairperson position. We encourage all members to review these documents to better understand how the PTO serves our school community and how you can get involved.
Annual Budget Approval
As a nonprofit organization, the FAST Family PTO is required to have its annual budget reviewed and approved by a vote of the PTO membership. This process helps ensure transparency and gives our members a voice in how PTO funds are planned and used to support our students, teachers, and school community.
The 2026–2027 FAST Family PTO annual budget will be presented for membership approval on Thursday, August 27, 2026, during Curriculum Night.
PTO members are encouraged to review the proposed budget before voting. The budget is available below for your review, and the voting form is also linked below.
Please review the budget and cast your vote during Curriculum Night.
Only current FAST Family PTO members are eligible to vote.
